For the Intelligent fan

1. When the inverter power on and under self-test, the fan will turn on for a while , after finished self-test the fan off

2. When the operation temperature more than 45℃. the fan will turn on

3. When the operation temperature lower than 35℃. the fan will turn off

4. When the load connect more than 50% , the fan will turn on

5. When the temperature sensor is broken or communication failure with the LCD screen, the fan will turn on
